Immanuel Lutheran Church and Martin Luther School in Joplin, MO, suffered damage during a deadly tornado in May 2011. Laborers For Christ member Lyle Wydeck had worked with the congregation and school leaders the previous summer. As soon as news broke about the devastation, he asked to return.
